I have not made a real post in some time now. I have not even been able to look at other peoples blog… l have been working so much and not even able to take any breaks at work…. I am hoping that now that we have 5 new people I will be able to get back to bloging at work!!!

Today at work it was so so way busy. I took over 125 calls today, now that is alot when I normally only take about 50ish a day… Every time I turned around to take a drink or to talk to someone we were back in Q. I did not fell like I had any help and I did not fell like anyone would help me when I was asking for help. So I complaned to my boss today… come to find out, one of the girls that had taken 123 calls by 3… Wow I thought that was great until they told me that her call time was 0:19 sec, then they let her go… so that make it even more busy for me being alone… with no one that could even help me out…

I would like to post my letter to which I wrote to US Airways Customer Relations and the CEO of US Airways……Please take note and spread the word of what a bunch of BS US Airways is….
To whom it may concern:
I purchased a ticket from US Airways in August of 2007 for my flight to Philadelphia from Portland for Christmas. I paid for the ticket in full, then a few weeks later changed the date of returning and paid an ADDITIONAL $250.00 for changing the flight. I had a confirmation number and a confirmed seat on the return flight. I arrived at the airport on CHRISTMAS DAY to leave and found that I no longer had a confirmed seat that I was flying stand-by to see if any ticket holders were willing to not take the flight out. Of course no one did. I was then given this ‘Take Flight’ voucher for free round-trip airfare for my inconvenience. Not only did I pay for the initial ticket, but I paid for the change in flight (ADDITIONAL $250.00), you were not able to get me on a flight out for 5 DAYS (COSTING ME A WEEK WORTH OF A PAYCHECK), you managed to get my luggage on the plane and NOT ME (COSTING ME 5 DAYS WORTH OF PURCHASING CLOTHING SINCE I HAD NONE), plus I was charged an addition $50.00 for one suitcase being over by 1 pound and my second suit case being under by 6 pounds. So far with my trip on US Airways I’m out (Including my work pay and other costs) over $1000.00. RIDICULOUS!!!
I am now trying to book a flight using my ‘Take Flight’ voucher and because I’m not a ‘PAYING CUSTOMER’ there are no seats available for me to fly on for my planned vacation. Correct me if I’m wrong but I already PAID FOR MY FLIGHT THAT WAS OVERBOOKED BY US AIRWAYS costing me more money than what it should have. I have not been reimbursed for any of my losses. I contacted the office and received no reply, spoke with a person that speaks very little and VERY POOR english with no resolve.
I am not going to pay for another ticket out of my pocket when I more than double paid for my original ticket that caused me to miss a weeks worth of pay, 5 days worth clothing, $50 dollars for luggage (1 pound over and 6 pounds under) and $250.00 for changing my reservation that I ended up not getting on in the end. This is ridiculous, absurd and absolute ass nine. Is this the way that US Airways treats customers that chose their airline, paid for their tickets and then were bumped off their flight on CHRISTMAS DAY.
I can book a ticket online at usairways.com if I’m a ‘paying customer’ for my planned vacation of July 12th leaving Philadelphia and returning from Spokane on July 26th. The seats are available online if I’d like to pay AGAIN out of pocket for airfare. I am not going to pay twice for airfare. And the representatives on the phone are not able to help me with this? Give me a break. If there are available seats – give them to customers that have ALREADY PAID for the flight.
I would like a phone call from a LEAD or a SUPERVISOR or the CEO OF US AIRWAYS to get this issue resolved. I don’t believe that as a US Airways customer I am asking for that much to be reimbursed for my lost time, wages and money for the absolutely INCREDIBLE mistake that your company made with not only I but 30 other people on CHRISTMAS DAY 2007.
I want to fly out of Philadelphia on July 12th between 6 and 8am and arrive in Spokane between 1 and 3pm. I would like to leave Spokane on July 26th between 6 and 10am and arrive in Philadelphia sometime that evening. Why is that so hard with so many tickets available for ‘PAYING CUSTOMERS’ “

So I am now way in to House… I am watching the first season right now. My sister got me in to it… and I am loving it so so much. It takes like half an hour to down load only half an epesode ( about 22 min each), if anyone has a better way to get them please let me know. The faster I can watch them the faster I can catch up and watch them on TV…. Please let me know if you have them on DVD
Not so hot May 12, 2008
I have not been doing so hot with blogging… I have been so busy with family things that I don’t really even have time to get on the computer much any more…
This Mothers Day did not turn out like I thought that it would. Andy and I got in a small fight and then we asked his family to leave our house. I felt way bad about that but they did not need to see the fight that we were having. But we got it all worked out and we are doing so much better now… I used to want a marriage where you never fight and things are ALL way great… I look at my marriage now and see that the fights that we do have are not bad, they help us both to learn more about each other and to understand more about each other. Now I am not saying that I like getting in fights with him (I DON’T) but I do like that we are able to talk about things and not let them build up and in turn get so bad that we can not be around each other.
I know this person that used to tell me that her and her husband NEVER fight, they never get upset and they never yell at each other… I dont know that that is the best. Again I am not saying that you should always be fighting, I think that if you do not have a disargument once and a while you are putting on a frount for everyone else….

This weekend was not what I wanted it to be, I was so excited to go and see my mom and have some family time…
So Mini and I got off work, on the way home we made some stops. We had to find some stuff to decorate the part that was going to happen for David. He has told my mom that he has never had a birthday party so she wanted us to go all out for him… So Mini and I decided to do a Hawaiian theme. It was fun when Mini and I were shopping and hangin out. Then we went to her house to get her stuff ready to go, about the time she had all her stuff ready Andy got there and we loaded up and took off. We stoped and got Subway. Then on the way out there. Andy was in such a good mood and when he is like that he is so funny. (that is one of the things that I fell in love with). So we got to mom’s house, Selo and David were not home yet, so we just hung out and talked. Then they got home and we all hung out and talked for a little. Then Selo and David went down stairs, they just took of, did not say anything to Andy. So Andy and I decided to watch a move and play with Tisha. (Tisha is such a cuttie, she loved Andy so much) I was layin on the couch and Andy and Tisha were laying on the mattress. We fell asleep with in about 30 min. Tisha first cuz Andy was rubbin her belly. Then Andy fell asleep.
The next morning, Andy and I were awaken by Tisha lovein on Andy…. (she loves him). David and Selo took off and Christopher and Andy sat and talked about taken there guns out to shoot. When David and Selo came back Andy and Christopher left to go to CalRanch. I jumped in to the shower, when I got out Andy was there… Mom told the boys to leave to got to Wal*Mart so that the girls could up all the stuff up. David did not know that we were going to be decorating, so we were having so much fun. The guys came home and we were not done, so I keep decorating. We had dinner, it was so so good, But for some reason I started to get a way bad head ack so I layed down on the couch and tried to get rid of it. next thing I know it has been about 2 hours and Andy and Mini were ready to go. We had cake and then got all the stuff in the car, when I was saying by to my mom Mini came up and told me that she and Selo would not be comming back home with us. . . I felt so left out, we had a plan to drive home with the 4 of us. it was going to be like a mine road trip. We have never been able to go on a tirp with them. So Andy and I went home, I was bitchie for the first part of the trip, but I had fine spending time with my hisband. (side note… I love my husband more than anything in the world)
I sleep just about the whole time. When we were comming up the hill just about home, I heard a lady’s voice say ” Hey baby you going my way?” That woke me right up… Then Andy said “HI!” then they started laughing, It was Andys cousin Dusty and his wife Amber. Oh it scared me so freakin bad, but it was funny… (Thanks Amber It was a good laught). We got home and went to bed.
On Sunday morning we got up and went to the hospital to see Andy sister Lue. She has been extremaly sich. In and out of the hospital for the last few months. It has been way scary not knowing what is going on with her. So we went to the hospital and hung out when them. Watched a Alvin and the Chipmunks. It was such a funny movie. We had 5 people in the small hospital room, watching this movie on the labtop. It was funny to see the faces of all the RN’s and DR’s that keep comming in, they finaly told Lue that she could go home. So they took off back to there home on the just under 3 hour drive. I will put some update on Lue when we find out what is going on. . .
So we had a very long weekend and it was not what I thought that it would be… But it was fun for the most part…
